(A) We have since our set-up in 1999 been providing legal advice and services to Japanese corporations in Malaysia. With our years of experience advising our Japanese clients, we have gained deeper understanding and considerable insight to their culture and their legal needs. Henceforth, we have officially set up our “Japanese Desk” with Mr Junichi Fujii at its helm to serve our Japanese clients better on work, business, legal or otherwise. Having been a consultant across a diverse range of sectors and industries and a resident in this country for well over 30 years, Fujii-san is highly qualified and experienced in dealing with any Japanese-related issues; adding to it his invaluable local touch. With Fujii-san on board, we are confident in further strengthening and expanding our relationship with our Japanese clients and beyond.

(B) Recently, our partner Tay Hong Huat has become a NOTARY PUBLIC, Selangor. With that appointment, he is able to verify, authenticate and attest the execution of deeds, contracts and other documents, to certify copies of documents, to verify translation of documents and to administer oath or affirmation in connection with any affidavit or statutory declaration which is executed for the purpose of being used in any court or place outside Malaysia. Services for the same are available at our office during office hours 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday whilst by appointment on weekends.
