As an added value service to our clientele and business associates, we publish on a quarterly basis “THE UPDATE” (formerly Law Update) which contains write-ups mainly on latest cases decided by Malaysian courts and at times on relevant cases in other Commonwealth jurisdictions to which our Malaysian courts have traditionally made reference. Its focus is on the main areas of our practice comprising civil, commercial and corporate law. As the name suggests, this journal is contemporaneous in nature.
